8-Week Program - $175.00

Do you want to build confidence in your singing skills? Then sign up to audition for a one-on-one private session with voice instructor Aaron Smith.  Students will learn how to breath, where to place their sound when they are singing, and work on developing good performance techniques.  Students will also have the option to perform for a live audience in a voice recital on November 12. Above all, it's all about building confidence in the singer- and that's what we are here to do!

Students ages 8 through adult are welcome to AUDITION for private voice lessons.  Once accepted into the program, half-hour lessons will be provided during a 6-week session from September 26-November 4.  Lesson dates and times will be worked out with the instructor and the student once they are accepted into the program.  Music selections will be geared toward the student and their musical interests, with approval from the instructor. Selections could include musical theatre, sacred, classical, or pop standards.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: Ages 8 and older (Youth and Adult). Please prepare one full song (no a cappella) with piano accompaniment, and bring the necessary sheet music. An accompanist will be provided.

6-week Program | September 26 - November 4 - $150.00

Musical Theatre Performance: Note: Completion of the Musical Theatre Workshop in Fall 2016 is a pre-requisite for this program. Students will put the skills they’ve learned to use during Musical Theatre Workshop and perform a musical.  Students who complete both the Workshop and the Performance classes will be better prepared to tackle full-length shows at their schools, at Riverbank Theatre, and at local community theatre organizations.
